Data Processing

Processor: itellico processes your data on our behalf to provide AI functionality.

Sub-processors: itellico uses various sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, AI models, voice services). A complete list is available here.

International Transfers: Data may be transferred to servers outside the EU/EEA. An adequate level of data protection is ensured through EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Storage Duration

Abuse Monitoring: Regardless of customer-configured settings, itellico retains certain data for up to 30 days for abuse detection and compliance monitoring:

• System prompts and conversation context
• Conversation transcripts and events
• API call logs and function calls

This retention serves to prevent platform abuse and protect against violations.

Metadata: Billing-relevant data is retained for 7 years (legal retention obligation). Technical metadata is stored temporarily for IT security. Phone numbers and other technical metadata are retained for up to 90 days after billing for compliance with telecommunications regulations and are then automatically deleted or anonymized.
